Counselling/ Somatic Experiencing
Gently working with your nervous system and the held traumas within it, by creating a space of respect, attunement and co-regulation. Through embodiment and noticing your felt sense, we support movement and deactivation of stuck, unhelpful cycles and give your system more awareness, resilience, and regulation.
Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Session
Using yoga shapes to more deeply connect with our bodies we create a space of interpersonal connection and grounding. This practice is choice based, trauma informed and aims to facilitate interoception and safety, to heal disconnected parts of ourselves. Slowly, through co-regulation, empowerment and autonomy we create a space to come back home to the body and strengthen our ability to connect with our inner selves and what we want, and don't want from the outside.
